Return Process

Ensure items are unopened and in original packaging; please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products unless they arrived damaged.
- 3.Prepare Shipment
Once authorized, securely pack your items and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box to ensure faster processing.
- 4.Receive Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
